Job Title: Global Mobility Specialist

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and help shape the future of global mobility.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, with potential options for flexible working arrangements. You will be part of an international network of offices, operating on a global basis.

You'll have the opportunity to move talent across the globe, reshape the way businesses manage their international workforces, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge global mobility programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing holistic advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs.
  • Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
  • Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects, proactively identifying and managing business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
Skill Requirements:
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible approach to work.
