Global Mobility Consultant

This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, Australia.
We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead our global mobility services.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Build and nurture client relationships while providing holistic advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs and deliver high-quality service.
- Program Management: Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
- Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
- Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
- Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
- Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
