About This Role

As a Senior Consultant in our Global Mobility team, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the complexities of global workforce management. With a focus on strategic advisory services, you will work closely with clients to identify areas of improvement and develop tailored solutions to enhance their mobility programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams to design and implement effective mobility solutions that meet client objectives. You will also provide guidance and support to clients on matters related to global mobility policy, assignment costs, social security compliance, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.

  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Develop strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on global mobility best practices and identifying opportunities to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead project teams to deliver high-quality services to clients, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic value across all aspects of mobility management.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business risks associated with global mobility, including regulatory compliance, tax risk, and other potential liabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously is also essential.
