Global Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • This role involves managing tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • The specialist will provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Mobility program leadership: Proven experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Client and communication excellence: Strong client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic agility and commercial awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
