Job Title: Global Mobility Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Mobility Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process for employees who are undertaking domestic and international assignments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact and coordination for the provision of strategic Global Mobility support across multiple business entities
  • Provide support for external legal, regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Execute global mobility activities for executive employees, ensuring timely delivery and customer focus while maintaining operational discipline
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure a progressive and competitive Mobility policy framework is in place
  • Review and implement continuous improvement initiatives of internal Mobility processes, tools, templates, and systems

About You:

  • You must have outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and administration skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time
  • Experience working in a multinational business environment or someone looking to leverage their strong consulting experience in an in-house role
  • Visa and Immigration experience, and exceptional communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail while possessing strong problem-solving capabilities
