Job Title: Mobility Transformation Specialist

The role of a Mobility Transformation Specialist is to assist in the development and implementation of corporate mobility programs.

  • Client Engagement & Advisory:

    Build and maintain client relationships by providing expert advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs and deliver high-quality service.

  • Program Leadership & Delivery:

    Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.

  • Risk & Project Management:

    Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mobility Program Leadership:

    Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services.

  • Client & Communication Excellence:

    Strong client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness:

    A combination of strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries, along with flexibility, enthusiasm, and ability to deliver under pressure.
