Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Services Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global mobility programs, ensuring seamless movement of talent across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global mobility strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and improve delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value
  • Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mobility program leadership: extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services
  • Client and communication excellence: strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strategic agility and commercial awareness: combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work
