About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Project Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of sales initiatives for our clients' developments. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Requirements

  • A current Real Estate Licence.
  • Project marketing sales experience, ideally with off the plan apartments and land/home packages.
  • The ability to service leads and enquirers to ensure business sales objectives are exceeded.
  • Experience in developing and executing residential marketing campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to network and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
