With an exceptionally strong pipeline of work secured, we are seeking to employ a skilled Structures Foreman to assist with the delivery of high-end residential projects over $100M in Newcastle.

About the Position

As the Structures Foreman, you will report directly to the Site Manager to oversee on-site construction activity (focusing on the structures). You will be working on this project from start to finish and will place much focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time. You will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Director, Site Managers, Foremen, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Cadets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment that adheres to all relevant WHS legislation.
  • Effectively manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prioritize finishes-focused tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations and providing support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a trade qualification.
  • Demonstrate experience working on high-rise residential projects.
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers.
