With an exciting new project secured, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to oversee its delivery from start to finish in Newcastle.

About the Position

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our site team to deliver a large-scale residential project valued above $100M. You will be responsible for coordinating services, managing variations, and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation. You will be supported by a team of experienced professionals, including a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Site Managers, Foremen, and Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate services and manage project schedules
  • Manage variations and procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and quality assurance procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline
  • Proven experience in project coordination, site management, or a related field
  • A strong track record of stability with previous employers
