With an exciting project pipeline for years to come, they are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-end residential project valued above $100M from start to finish in Newcastle NSW.

About the Role

This position is to site manage a high-end residential project valued above $100M alongside a well-resourced and capable delivery team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project site, its trades, contractors, and ensuring that the project is being delivered within the parameters of excellent Work Health and Safety (WHS), quality, and time management. The role will be well-supported by your team, which will consist of a Project Director, Project Manager, Foremen, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Cadets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation and regulations
  • Schedule and coordinate construction programs to meet project deadlines
  • Manage sub-contractors and their activities to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
  • Residential site management experience on projects valued over $100M
  • A strong track record of stability with previous employers
