**Job Description:**

As a Construction Site Manager, you will report directly to the Site Director to oversee on-site construction activity (focusing on the finishes). You will be working on this project from start to finish and will place much focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time. You will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Director, Site Managers, Foremen, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Cadets.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A trade qualification
  • Demonstrated project experience on high-rise residential projects
  • A strong track record of stability with previous employers
