We are seeking a Senior Advisor for Gender Equity to lead the implementation of our Gender Equality Action Plan and drive positive change across the department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program design and implementation, reporting and evaluation, and knowledge of gender equality. They will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to increase gender equality in the workplace, including addressing gender pay equity, gender composition at all levels of the workforce, and workplace sexual harassment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification and experience in program design and implementation, reporting and evaluation, and knowledge of gender equality. You will also need to be able to identify and engage with DTP's Priority groups, including culturally and linguistically diverse, LGBTIQA+, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, persons with disability, and women.
