**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to inclusion.
- Provide training and education to employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
- Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience working in the construction industry.
