People and Culture Advisor

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join our team at DFP Recruitment. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on recruitment and employee experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, including hiring qualified candidates, managing merit pools, and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Partner with business areas to develop recruitment strategies and innovative selection methodologies.
- Assist with recruitment reporting and analytics.
- Support system enhancements and develop automated HR processes and functions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
- Provide accurate and timely advice to stakeholders, consistent with HR policies and processes.
- Take responsibility for a self-managed workload, meeting deadlines, and escalating complex issues to the Manager or Business Unit Head.
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning and business process improvement.
You will bring your experience of APS Recruitment processes and a keen interest in the broader HR space. You will be an adaptable and solutions-based thinker who can deliver recruitment, mobility, and onboarding solutions in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

- Commitment to providing quality advice and service to clients, with an emphasis on communicating effectively with a diverse range of staff and stakeholders.
- Australian Citizenship.
- A current Police Clearance.
