About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at RFI Global. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly new business targets
  • Sell value-add solutions to senior stakeholders in the financial services industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and consistently deliver commercial outcomes
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting personal sales quotas
  • Proven ability to sell to senior stakeholders in the financial services industry
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
