Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team at KM Talent as a Senior Business Development Manager. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors, as well as excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading national industry strategies for our client, a top-tier global law firm. You will work closely with senior sector partner leads to develop and implement strategic industry plans for Real Estate and Infrastructure. This is a high-profile critical role that requires a strong client-led mindset and the ability to drive change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national industry strategies for Real Estate and Infrastructure
  • Work closely with senior sector partner leads to build and develop strategic industry plans
  • Act as the voice of the client and become the Real Estate and Infrastructure industry expert to partners
  • Identify where industries intersect with mega trends and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Drive business development initiatives to support revenue growth

Requirements

  • Proven success in driving strategy in a professional services environment
  • Strong track record of coaching stakeholders to implement strategy and priorities
  • Experience in driving business development initiatives to support revenue growth
  • Significant knowledge of the Real Estate and/or Infrastructure sectors
  • Client-led mindset
