Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our sales team at Infopro Digital. This is a newly created senior role with a focus on developing high-value new business opportunities through the sale of our datasets.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a pure growth model of high-value new business by actively identifying, hunting, and acquiring new opportunities within the Australian market.
- Work closely with the Australian Managing Director and Infopro Digital Automotive executive team to develop and implement challenging but achievable sales and marketing strategies for the Austral territory.
- Identify key stakeholders within potential new customers and build long-lasting relationships.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up-to-date with new trends.
- Develop and deliver professional proposals and presentations.
- Deliver formal account management programs.
- Develop realistic revenue and expense budgets and forecasts with P&L responsibility.
- A sound understanding of the automotive repair and aftermarket or Automotive Lubricants industry.
- A proven track record of success in delivering high-value new business.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral (including presentations).
- Outstanding customer relationship skills.
- A high level of computer literacy.
- First-class planning, organisational, and administrative skills.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels (with a focus on senior management decision makers) in a wide range of organisations.
- A demonstrable track record of national and major customer business development and relationship management with P&L responsibility.
- Experience using CRM systems for analysis, reporting, and planning and a thorough understanding of how to use data to drive business outcomes.
- 20 days paid annual leave (accruable).
