Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for generating fresh revenues from new business. The ideal candidate will have exceptional contacts with senior HR executives within large organizations and a proven track record of delivering complex deals with a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large tier 1 and tier 2 organizations across Australia.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior HR executives and decision-makers.
- Deliver 7-figure deals through consultative sales and negotiation.
- Work autonomously to set and achieve sales targets.
- Travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional sales skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering complex deals and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work autonomously and set own agenda.
- Willingness to travel as required.
What We Offer
- Base salary of $140k + super.
