**Product Portfolio Manager - Interlock**
At Draeger Australia Pty Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Product Portfolio Manager - Interlock to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in managing the product portfolio for Interlock throughout Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing marketing and business plans;
- Initiating, managing, and evaluating marketing activities;
- Engaging with key accounts to grow legislative alcohol Interlock programs;
- Supporting the sales team for technical product information, strategy implementation, performance optimisation, and enabling achievement of sales targets;
- Conducting product and services training, and supporting the service team as required;
- Advising sales and marketing teams on trends and data analysis;
- Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, including international colleagues;
- Coordinating local product approval with relevant authorities;
- Managing and adding value to the tender process in view of winning new business;
- Co-management and care of opinion leaders;
- Determining price settings for product portfolio and managing budget for demonstration stock;
- Aligning with global gross profit targets and contributing to budget planning for the portfolio;
- Reporting on business performance and KPIs;
- Applying a compliance-focused mindset across all operations, and;
- Ensuring a safety-first approach.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in technical, business, or frontline management, with 3-5+ years of experience in a similar technical product sales leadership role. They will have a successful track record of identifying customer needs and ways to satisfy them, as well as knowledge of government authority customer challenges and workflow (preferred).
The successful candidate will also have the capacity to develop strong knowledge and application of Interlock products and services, with moderate-to-high level of proficiency with Service Management, CRM, and MS Office systems.
They will be an adaptable and proactive individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, and will possess excellent customer focus, relationship building, stakeholder management, influencing without authority, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
