Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator
">The Faculty Administration Officer role is responsible for providing advice and practical assistance on administrative and operational issues to meet School and Faculty business needs.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the faculty
- Managing complex diary systems, travel arrangements, and financial transactions
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and events
- Supporting committee operations and developing high-level organisational skills
Requirements:
">- High-level organisational and administrative skills, including prioritising and managing workload
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse people and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise judgement, and use initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently and accurately
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in University systems
