Agricultural Account Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to develop strong customer relationships in the agricultural sector. The successful candidate will provide agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers, with a focus on product sales and customer service.
- Gain exposure to a broadacre cropping area and work alongside a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Responsibility for increasing the productivity, profitability, and sustainability of farming enterprises through effective agronomic advice and service.
- Build long-term client relationships and develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals and needs.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to target new clients through superior sales and agronomic input.
About You:
- Strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application, with a minimum of 4-5 years experience in building enduring partnerships with customers.
- A history of success in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products and their applications.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, with a tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related field.
