Senior Agronomist

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong passion for agronomy and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on agronomic practices, and delivering sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products.

This is a full-time role based in Albury, NSW, where you will have access to exceptional health facilities, sporting and cultural attractions, and education infrastructure.

You will report directly to the Branch Manager and work closely with a high-performing team to provide agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers in the region.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.\
• Provide expert advice on agronomic practices and deliver sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products.\
• Work closely with the team to provide agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers in the region.\
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum 4-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the agricultural industry.\
• Strong technical knowledge of agronomic practices and application.\
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.\
• A tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related field.
