About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Activity Management Field Officer to join our team at Max Solutions. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers through a range of Work for the Dole activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and develop strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with MAX operational sites, other jobactive Providers, and community networks to establish projects that deliver program objectives.
  • Develop and negotiate project proposals, contracts, and agreements with host organisations to provide individual and group placements.
  • Identify potential host organisations that can offer placements that meet the demands of the region.
Requirements
  • High level interpersonal and organisational skills with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to build relationships with employers and community groups.
  • Mature attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Outcome-focused and resilient, with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment.
  • Hold or have the ability to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
Key Skills
  • Ability to quickly build effective and positive working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Highly capable in negotiating business solutions with external providers.
  • Advanced level of communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Understanding of risk management approaches.
