Activity Management Field Officer

At MAX, we are seeking an experienced Activity Management Field Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our customers through a range of Work for the Dole activities to meet mandatory Activity Requirements.
This role involves working closely with MAX operational sites, other jobactive Providers, and establishing community networks and projects that deliver the program objectives.
You will be responsible for developing and negotiating project proposals, contracts, and agreements appropriate to self-sourced activities, as well as identifying potential host organisations that can offer Individual/group placements that meet the demands of the region.
About YouWe are looking for someone with high level interpersonal and organisational skills, with strong written and verbal communication. You will be able to build relationships with Employers/Community Groups, and have a mature attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
You will also have the ability to obtain a registered my GOVID name prior to commencing employment, and hold or have the ability to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
Key SkillsWe are looking for someone with the ability to quickly build effective and positive working relationships with various stakeholders, and highly capable in negotiating business solutions with external providers.
You will also have advanced level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, strong positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and an understanding of risk management approaches.
