We are seeking an experienced Activity Management Field Officer to join our team at MAX Solutions. As an Activity Management Field Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our customers through a range of Work for the Dole activities to meet mandatory Activity Requirements.

This role involves working closely with our customers to identify their needs and develop activities that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for building relationships with community organizations and businesses to identify potential host organizations for our customers.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, who is able to build strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and be outcome-focused.

About You
  • You have experience in a similar role and/or in business development and account management.
  • You have excellent administration skills and are able to negotiate business solutions with external providers.
  • You are able to build strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
  • You are outcome-focused and able to work autonomously.
