Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Activity Management Field Officer to join our team at MAX. As an Activity Management Field Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers through a range of Work for the Dole activities to meet mandatory Activity Requirements.

About the Role
  • Foster and develop strong relationships with customers to deliver quality activities that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with MAX operational sites, other jobactive Providers, and establish community networks and projects that deliver program objectives.
  • Develop and negotiate project proposals, contracts, and agreements appropriate to self-sourced activities.
  • Identify potential host organisations that can offer Individual/group placements that meet the demands of the region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, employers, and community groups.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet customer needs and deliver program objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • High level interpersonal and organisational skills with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to build relationships with employers and community groups.
  • Mature attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Outcome-focused and resilient, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment.
  • Hold or have the ability to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
