Technical Specialist - Desktop Support

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for desktop devices, including hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage desktop device incidents through to resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for complex desktop-related issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant technologies.
  • Analyze service desk calls and incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to process enhancements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
