Complex Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused technical support professional to join our IT team in Perth.

This role involves handling more complex technical issues escalated from first-level support, providing second-line assistance to end-users, and contributing to the maintenance of IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver second-level technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral devices.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software problems related to Windows, macOS, Office 365, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Manage Active Directory tasks including user account administration, password resets, and group policy enforcement.

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational continuity, user satisfaction, and efficient resolution of incidents and requests.
