Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to provide onsite and remote support for staff over an 8-week contract. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless IT experience for users.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and 2+ years' experience in IT support in a corporate setting.   • Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and tablets.
  • Troubleshoot Office 365, Adobe, and enterprise apps.
  • Manage accounts in Azure Active Directory.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
