About The Role

We're seeking a proactive and people-focused Desktop Support Analyst to join our national Service Delivery team. This Perth based role is key to keeping our workplace connected and high-performing, ensuring our legal professionals and business teams have the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional results.

You'll be the go-to person for second-level support, contributing to firm-wide technology projects while delivering outstanding service in line with our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver second-level face-to-face support across laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents efficiently and professionally.
• Support and administer enterprise tools including:
• Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online
• MS Teams, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Project, MS Visio
• BigHand digital dictation
• Configure and deploy IT hardware and workstations for new starters and office relocations.
• Provide support for hybrid/remote access tools including VDI, Zscaler, and MS Authenticator.
• Assist with AV technology and video conferencing in meeting rooms.
• Contribute to IT projects, rollouts, and upgrades across the firm.

About You

• A strong communicator who can explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way
• Previous experience in a technology helpdesk or Level 1/2 support role.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset.
• Resilience and adaptability – you stay calm under pressure and keep users informed.
• Passionate about IT and eager to learn in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Customer service background (such as retail or call centre) is highly advantageous.
• Available to work full time onsite our of our Perth office
