  • Leveraging systems and reports to analyse and monitor performance and quality metrics
  • Ensuring achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
  • Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
  • Representing the organisation in the community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services
