As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for site operations—leading safety, quality, production, engineering, and continuous improvement functions. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, uplift capability, and ensure efficient, high-quality output in a fast-paced, high-care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team across production, quality, and engineering
- Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage day-to-day operations to meet output, cost, and service targets
- Oversee capital projects and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and performance excellence
- Report on key site KPIs and contribute to broader operational strategy
- Proven experience in a senior operations or site leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and modern manufacturing practices
- Experience leading in a high-care or highly automated environment preferred
- Commercially astute with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
