Job Title: Senior Leadership Position

Overview

The role of a senior leader is to oversee the operations and ensure that the business runs smoothly. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and making strategic decisions to drive sales and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of up to 20 members to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Drive sales and merchandising strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Take ownership of product management and inventory control to minimize losses and maximize profits.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 members.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing high stock volumes and controlling costs.
  • First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification at our expense.
  • Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
  • Full working rights within Australia.
