About The Role

This leadership position is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery. You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure efficient and cohesive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with client goals and NDIS requirements.
  • Mentor and support your team, fostering a positive culture.
  • Ensure accurate service agreements, monitor financial performance, and take corrective actions to meet budget goals.
  • Lead audits and continuous improvement to ensure services consistently meet NDIS standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with HR, Rostering, and other departments to ensure efficient and cohesive service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services.
  • Knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
