About The RoleThis leadership position is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery. You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure efficient and cohesive service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee client support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with client goals and NDIS requirements.
- Mentor and support your team, fostering a positive culture.
- Ensure accurate service agreements, monitor financial performance, and take corrective actions to meet budget goals.
- Lead audits and continuous improvement to ensure services consistently meet NDIS standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR, Rostering, and other departments to ensure efficient and cohesive service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services.
- Knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Pay rates from $51.00 – $53.31 (SCHAD's Award Level 5)
