This is a 6 month maternity leave cover position starting from October 2025 working Monday to Friday 38 hours per week.

About the Role:
  • As Care Manager you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to the clinical and personal care teams.
  • You will ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times as per the Aged Care quality Standards and CHL policy and procedures.
  • The role involves working closely with the Residential Manager to provide safe and effective care to residents.
  • You will also provide coaching and training to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and policies.
  • Providing clinical leadership and support to the clinical and personal care teams.
  • Working closely with the Residential Manager to achieve quality resident outcomes.
  • Coaching and training the clinical and support teams.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Comprehensive Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
