Customer Service Sales Representative

Programmed, one of Australia's largest employers, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join their team in Winnellie. As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-known Australian brand and contribute to their success.

The role is initially casual, offering full-time hours from Monday to Friday, with a view to becoming permanent. You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusion, and employee development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.
  • Offering support and advice to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assisting with counter sales, processing cash and EFTPOS transactions.
  • Liaising with internal staff and external clients to provide support and administrative assistance.
  • Maintaining stock levels and performing general housekeeping duties.

  • To be committed, reliable, and responsible, with a strong work ethic.
  • To meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and assisting with heavy items.
  • To have reliable transportation to and from work.

In an ideal situation, you may have:

  • An industrial, cleaning, or trades background.
  • Experience working with POS systems, such as Dynamics, SAP, or S21.
