We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Partner to support our global leaders in achieving their goals. As a key member of our Operations Partnering team, you will provide strategic support to our leaders, extending their reach and capacity to drive success.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our global leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and tracking action items. You will also be responsible for preparing for meetings, coordinating materials and research, and proactively driving initiatives forward.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of experience in a Project / Program Management or Events role, or similar within the start/ scale up tech environment. You will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
