Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Partner to join our team at Coates Group. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving regional growth and developing strategic initiatives that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning
    • Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute key strategic initiatives
    • Support the President in delivering a consolidated 3-year strategic plan and prioritizing resources to achieve financial targets
  • Commercial Operations
    • Enable cross-functional strategic initiatives for markets, including global CMS, signage BU, product refresh cycle, BD strategy, new product strategy, and pricing
    • Prepare and maintain financial models, gather relevant data, and support cross-functional teams on execution
  • Regional Growth
    • Partner with the commercial team to drive commercial outcomes through customer negotiation, contract signing, and regional pricing review to maximize margin and ensure global alignment
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and drive operational efficiencies via continuous improvement of market-specific business processes
  • Business Performance Analysis
    • Analyze business performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
    • Partner with GM and CFO to set targets for 12 months and 3 years for the region
