About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Canva's Operations Partnering team as an Administrative Business Partner. In this role, you will provide strategic support to two of our global leaders, empowering them to achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and tracking action items and follow-ups.
  • Navigate complex and often changing priorities at speed, making decisions and communicating with multiple team members on a global scale.
  • Pre-empt and solve problems proactively, thinking ahead and anticipating the needs of the leaders.
  • Prepare for meetings by coordinating materials and research, including deck preparation and speaker notes.
  • Plan and manage travel arrangements, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including expenses, documentation, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Support team activities, including operational cadences, celebrations, and off-sites.
  • Monitor and track budgetary spend related to group-wide travel and team activities.
Requirements
  • Experience empowering leaders through strong administrative support.
  • Proven experience in Project/Program Management or Events roles, preferably in the tech environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality output.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Quick learner, comfortable with change, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Bias for action, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
