About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at WSP Global Inc. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with national leadership and drive an ambitious people agenda.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with national leadership groups to grow the business and guide leaders and professionals.
  • Drive our people agenda and tailor HR solutions for WSP Australia's Earth and Environment sector.
  • Deliver a full annual employee cycle that fosters innovation and pushes boundaries.
  • Work on diverse HR matters, including strategic planning and project work, and change management programs.

About You:

You are a degree-qualified HR professional with deep expertise across the employee lifecycle. You thrive on building strong relationships, adding value to business strategies, and are curious about what makes our people tick.

Requirements:

  • Senior generalist HR experience with formal HR qualifications.
  • A proven track record as a Strategic Senior HR Business Partner within a Professional Services environment.
  • Certification in coaching and Mental Health First Aid is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, organisational policies, and performance management.
