Insurance Customer Success Specialist

About the Role
As an Insurance Customer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, focused on converting inquiries into sales and retention outcomes.
You will work in a high-energy environment, handling challenging customer conversations while adapting to the business's evolving needs.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a comprehensive 8-week induction program, providing an opportunity to develop and grow within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers through real conversations and effective communication.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement solutions-focused strategies to drive sales and retention outcomes.
About You
- You have previous customer experience, preferably in sales, hospitality, or retail.
- You are solutions-focused, with the ability to think critically and analyze specific situations.
- You possess basic computer skills, including the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- You are willing to learn, develop, and self-motivate in a dynamic environment.
