We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team on a 12-month contract.
This role will be focused on coordinating project-related activities, managing diaries, organizing meetings and events, and processing expenses.
The purpose of the project is centered around mental health and wellbeing, and we are looking for someone with a strong interest and commitment to this area.

About You:
- You have previous experience in a busy administrative role
- You possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint presentation design
- You have exceptional communication skills and can work effectively with various stakeholders
- You have strong time management and organization skills, along with attention to detail
