Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Sales Professionals to join our teams located across Melbourne, with multiple positions available. As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process, from lead to completion, while delivering against your sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer needs are met;
- Delivering against sales targets and contributing to business growth;
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales objectives;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales performance;
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in land or residential home sales within the property industry;
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to work under direction when required;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach;
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities;
- Possession of a current driver's license and reliable transport;
