Bms Performance is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Melbourne. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a results-driven sales leader who is passionate about growing our business.

**Job Description:
This role will be responsible for leading our sales team on a national level, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. You will also be involved in managing the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting.
As a hands-on manager, you will be expected to spend time on the road meeting with customers, building relationships, and driving sales. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales leadership experience, preferably in the retail distribution space
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets
**Salary & Benefits:**
The salary range for this role is $120-150k basic + super + car + bonus. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
