Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage performance reviews, probationary assessments, and career milestone processes
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance and career development
- Develop and execute an early-career program to attract and nurture emerging talent
- Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR principles and workplace relations legislation
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
