Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with experience in case management and performance management processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business partnering team in developing and implementing HR activities, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Provide coaching, advice, and support to managers on performance management, organisational development, remuneration, recognition, and reward.
- Work with the employee relations team to ensure managers are supported in workplace relations issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and projects to improve HR services and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in case management and performance management processes.
- Experience working with HR frameworks, including job design, remuneration, talent, and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience delivering HR solutions in a complex environment.
- Experience working with specialist HR functions and their contributions to functional and strategic HR services.
- Experience providing HR partnering in complex environments.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant discipline.
