Our company is a global infrastructure consulting firm that delivers professional services throughout the project lifecycle.

This role supports a client group of around 250 team members, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, culture development, reward and talent management, and change management.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and HR specialists to implement and operationalize our ANZ HR Strategy, while supporting the effective implementation of our Global HR Strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional with a positive attitude, excellent collaboration skills, and experience managing and consulting on a broad range of HR issues.

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 5 years of experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.

You will play a key role in shaping our company culture and contributing to its ongoing success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support employee relations, performance management, culture development, reward and talent management, and change management
  • Work closely with business leaders and HR specialists to implement and operationalize our ANZ HR Strategy
  • Contribute to the effective implementation of our Global HR Strategy

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude and excellent collaboration skills
  • Experience managing and consulting on a broad range of HR issues
