Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources specialist to spearhead our corporate HR initiatives. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resources, with expertise in leading recruitment and selection, employee relations, worker's compensation management, performance management, and industrial compliance. A minimum of two years' experience in a generalist HR position is required, along with tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field and current Certificate IV Work Health & Safety or above.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies and projects, analyzing and responding to employee surveys, coordinating bi-annual culture assessments, and delivering various HR reports. They must also demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a solid understanding of business acumen.
