Job Title: Manager, Human Resources

About the Role:

ACCIONA M&E is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Human Resources to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the country, ensuring that HR activities align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advice to leaders and managers to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR solutions that support the growth and development of our business, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve employee experience.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports to support their professional development and career growth.
  • Oversee employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and case management.
  • Support the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce, promoting equal opportunities and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Business or HR, or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of industrial relations and current HR-related legislation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR Manager role, delivering contemporary HR practices in a medium to large-sized business.
  • Proven methods in leadership, coaching, and empowering teams and managers.
